• We are not responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or force majeure situations.

The risk of the product is transferred to the buyer upon delivery.

Return and exchange conditions are governed by the specific policy published on the Site.

In Colombia, the right of withdrawal applies in accordance with Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Statute), except for legal exceptions such as personalized or downloadable digital products.
