HOW TO BUY IN OUR STORE<\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/div>

  1. Choose the product you wish to purchase.<\/li>
  2. Click on the \u00abAdd to Cart\u00bb button. This will add the product to your cart and take you to your cart.<\/li>
  3. You can continue adding other products to the cart or click on \u00abStart Shopping\u00bb.<\/li>
  4. Fill in your contact information and click \u00abContinue\u00bb.<\/li>
  5. Enter the address where you wish to receive the product. Then click on \u00abContinue\u00bb.<\/li>
  6. Select the shipping method of your choice and click \u00abContinue\u00bb.<\/li>
  7. Choose the payment method.
    • Once you have chosen your payment method, click on \u00abContinue\u00bb.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
    • Finally on the Purchase Confirmation page you can review all the purchase information. Then click on \u00abContinue\u00bb.<\/li>
    • There you will be redirected to another screen to complete the information about the chosen payment method. After confirming the purchase you will receive an email from us, this will not be a proof of payment.<\/li>
    • Once the payment is credited, we will send the corresponding shipment of the Triskel pieces you have purchased.<\/li><\/ol>

      Triskel Return Policy<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>

      Triskel parts must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Transportation and other costs involved in the return will be covered by the customer.<\/p>

      In the event that all the above conditions are met, Triskel will refund the total amount paid, without any discounts or withholdings, and the term may not exceed 30 calendar days.<\/p>

      To make your exchange you must send an email to despacho@triskelactive.com with the order number and parts you wish to exchange.<\/p>

      CHANGE POLICIES<\/strong><\/em><\/p>

      Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can exchange it within thirty (30) days from the date you receive your product.<\/p>

      In order to exercise the right to an exchange, the products must meet the following requirements:<\/p>

      They must not have been used, washed or damaged.
      They must retain the original label. We suggest that you try on the garments before removing them.
      They must be returned in the original packaging.
      The purchase invoice or gift certificate must be presented.
      Garments on promotion or purchased in the \u201cDiscounts\u201d section or in promotions\u00a0NO<\/em>\u00a0no exchanges or refunds will be made, except under warranty.<\/p>

      QUALITY CLAIM<\/strong><\/em><\/p>

      Provided that you have given a good use to the garment and it has a quality problem, we will recognize the repair or exchange of the garment and all transportation costs incurred will be reimbursed. If your warranty claim is not accepted after being evaluated by our technical department due to non-compliance with the above conditions, we will contact you within 15 working days from the date of your claim to arrange for a freight collect shipment where you will have to pay the carrier at the time of delivery of the product.<\/p>

      Before filing a claim, we suggest that you consult the most common cases of refusal of exchanges due to misuse of garments:<\/p>

      The time limit of three (2) months after delivery of the purchase to make the claim was exceeded.
      Failure to follow washing and care instructions.
      Use of deodorants with chemicals that discolor fabrics.
      Use of chemicals or bleach in the wash.
      Faded by direct sun drying.
      The garment was altered or modified by the customer and therefore its last was damaged.
      The print, appliqu\u00e9s or embroidery were ironed on.
      Normal wear and tear of the garment.
      The design of the garment has a handcrafted process that makes each garment has unique and irregular finishes among the same batch.

      In the event that\u00a0Circle\u00a0<\/strong>has mistakenly shipped an item different from the one ordered, we will acknowledge the exchange. All shipping costs will be refunded.
